Return / Refund & Exchange Policy
We deal with consumable products and supplements, and for the safety of our valued customers, we do not accept returns/refund for any of our products already delivered to customers home.
However, we only accept exchanges for products that are damaged upon receipt. Or for wrong items shipped.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product to request an exchange.
To request an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the defective or damaged product.
Once we receive your request for exchange, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with the returned product.
The returned product must be in its original packaging and condition. Unused and unopened.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
